Doodh Pir Baba

Hazrath Suleman Badshah Quadri, affectionately known as Doodh Pir Baba was a great Sufi Saint who lived in Lakshmeshwar, 55 Kms from Hubli. He is famous in the entire South of India and has derived his name as Doodh Pir Baba because he lived only on Milk offered to him by his devotees every day. He came to Lakshmeshwar from Baghdad on the instructions of the Allah for the benefit of mankind in that region. People of all religions used to visit him every day to seek his blessings and understand the philosophy of life and God. People from every nook & corner of India visited him to seek his divine intervention and get cured of all human bad deeds. He loved all religions, showed kindness to every living thing and performed innumerable miracles to cure the suffering of mankind. Hazrath performed several miracles during his stay in Lakshmeshwar and showed the path of divinity to mankind. He taught various ways of liberating from this world of sins and achieve oneness with Allah. People who are troubled by evil spirits even after 8 to 10 years can get rid of them permanently by having darshan of the Hazrath’s Samadhi. Those who are victims of witchcraft and those suffering from mental illness get a lot of relief after visiting his Samadhi. Every Thursday and on Amavasya Day, thousands of people visit his Samadhi and have experienced their wishes being fulfilled.
